Is The Private Road right for me?

The Private Road is built for experienced real estate investors who have closed at least one deal and understand how hard money works. If you are new to investing we recommend building some experience first. Our network is designed for operators who move fast and are ready to close.

Will I get blasted with calls after I submit?

No. This is the most important thing we do differently. A real person reviews your deal and makes one introduction to one lender. You receive one call from one lender. That is it. We built The Private Road specifically because experienced investors are tired of submitting their deal and getting bombarded with calls from strangers.

Are your lenders actually using their own money?

Yes. Every lender in our network has been personally reviewed and verified as a direct capital source before they appear on our platform. Their own capital. Ready to deploy. If a lender cannot demonstrate that they use their own money they are not in our network.

What happens if the first lender is not the right fit?

We go back to work. Within twenty four hours we find the next best match in our network. You will never be left without a path forward. And you will still only hear from one lender at a time.

How do you make money if this is free for investors?

Lenders pay us a small fee for a succesful introduction. That means our incentive is exactly the same as yours. We want your deal to close as much as you do.

What deal types do you work with?

Fix and flip. Ground up development. DSCR rental. Minimum deal size $150,000. All US states.

How long does it take to get my introduction?

A real person reviews every deal before making a match. Most investors receive their introduction within one business day of submitting.

What if I am not yet under contract?

You can still submit. Tell us where you are in the process and we will review your deal. Investors who are under contract receive priority matching. If you are still searching we will match you as soon as your deal is ready to move.
